I Heart Faces - "A Touch of Whimsy"

My 2 year old used to love to wear these wings but now I can't get her to slow down long enough to put them on.  This picture almost represents a lesson for me....Emma was born with Spina Bifida and I just remember how much I worried the first year and a half and here she was taking a moment to enjoy something beautiful in life.  It was such a sweet and innocent moment that reminded me that life is too short for her to worry so why not smell the flowers??  Funny how much our children can teach us about living. :)

Go on over to I Heart Faces for more beautiful photos in the Whimsical Challenge for this week.
